<p>I logged on to the NROTC web site today and this message popped up:
"The application is closed for the 2013 Scholarship Year.
Check back periodically for dates to apply for the 2014 Scholarship Year."</p>
<p>How am I supposed to check and see if I was accepted? Is there another method or does this mean I didn't get accepted?</p>
