NRTA Award

Hello,

I just got an email saying that I was awarded the Non-Resident Tuition Award that waives 90% of out-of-state portion of fees. So, this means I’ll should be paying about $3,000 per year right? BUT, looking more on the internet, some websites say I still have to pay $10,000 with this award?

Also, is this an automatic fee waiver for anyone with a certain GPA/SAT threshold?

NRTA waives 90% of the difference between in state and out of state tuition. So, you will pay AR in state tuition rates plus around $1,200 per year 10% of the roughly 12k difference between in state and out of state tuition)

It is automatic based on GPA, test scores and being from a state that touches AR. They also do it for KS residents.
