Does anyone know how the finalists are selected :
For example, if I have my 1st choice as Korean summer and 2nd choice as Chinese summer, does that mean I will be evaluated in both pools? If Chinese decisions came out already and I am not selected, will I be put back to the Korean pool for a second look?
Any one ever got his/her 2nd choice and that came out before their first choice was announced? please help. thanks
@elizacorms No, all of these announcements are based on individual students reporting that they have received notifications.
@Joyfultune, what I have heard is that 2nd choice is ultimately for those who are accepted to a program but have issues such as a medical issue that can’t be accommodated in the first choice country. It’s not common for people to get on program with their second choice. You are not pooled with the Korean applicants, from what I understand.
