D has not received her information yet and when we go on this link Change</a> Your NSO Arrival Date | PSU Orientation & Transition to try to look up her date is says she is not in the date base. Anyone know what dept we might want to contact to make sure everything is ok? She filled out the questionnaire and took her placement test.</p>
<p>ok I jumped the gun and was able to find the # myself. They seem to be having difficulties with getting info online and I was told I am not the only one. They were able to give me her dates.</p>
