<p>I'm a recent graduate from Purdue University. I was thinking of applying to both NTU and NUS for graduate school. I want to pursue a masters degree in electrical engineering. I have a gpa roughly around 3.0 and my gre score is (verbal 480 and quantitative 780). What are my chances of admissions?</p>
