NU vs PU vs IU for Undergrad Business

Hi everyone,
I'm a senior right now and am looking to go into finance and marketing or investing. I'm stuck in this predicament. I live in Indiana, I love NU's campus it's just beautiful, but purdue universities' and Indiana universities' undergrad business schools are very good and I don't mind their campuses either. I know that NU has a superior MBA program but I'm only looking to get a bachelor degree.

So the question is NU vs PU vs IU for undergrad business school.

NU has no undergraduate business major.

^Correct. However, it has http://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/Certificate.aspx

You could major in econ, get kellog certificate(only 4 classes), and minor in business institutions.

Also look into mmss program - gets you really good jobs. Industrial engineering is also good. Id go with nu, top schools don’t have business majors because they are too easy.

I applied to Kelley for its investment banking workshop (which should fulfill your want to pursue “investing” as a career, whatever that means) but in the case that you change your mind in terms of careers, NU should be the way to go.

What does the “certificate” program at NU mean? Is it kind of an alternative to business degree and are most people who do it like econ majors? And what are the cost/benefits to this and going to a school with a business program?

It seems kind of interesting to me because I want a strong liberal arts background along with studying business- which many business schools take away
