Do colleges care if you take a lot of SAT II's. Would it be better to stop while you have high scores or try and take some more?

I'd say stop once you have enough high scores (3 is the max that school's require...at least as far as I know). It's not that it is bad to take more, but you are constantly risking a low or lower score. And while technically it won't hurt you, I don't know of anyone who really WANTS to have a low score on their record, even if their others scores were high. Plus, unless you have a good reason (example: you already have three high SAT II scores but X College requires Y SAT II that you haven't already taken) to take more SAT II's, why waste your time? I'm sure that there are better things that you could be doing (My personal favorite Saturday morning pastime is sleeping--that's always a good one! :)).

If you can get 750+ on as many SAT2s go ahead! Its always good to impress colleges with your abilities. But, don't overkill unless you know you can succeed.
