<p>Is it still worth to become a Nurse Anesthetist. It requires 6.5 years of extra school + 1 year of RN practicing. The pay is around $150,000. On the other hand it takes 8 years of schooling and 4 years of residency to become an Anesthesiologist. The pay for that is around $300,000. I have researched both careers and love both of them.</p>
