Right now I’m interested in attending nursing school and was wondering where I should apply…
I’ve toured Seton Hall, TCNJ, Monmouth, Rutgers, University of Maryland, University of Delaware, and Villanova
So far I have yet to fall in love with any of them but Villanova is my number one at the moment. Is there any schools similar to Nova that have the traditional college feel and the prestigious name? ( I also like the idea of sports and school spirit but it’s not a deal breaker)
My high school GPA is a 4.8 and I’m ranked 15/420 act score of 26 but waiting for the new scores to come still. Biology is my favorite subject so that’s my main focus. Any input would be great!!
I forgot to add that I’m currently doing an internship with a doctors office
Any help?
University of Washington-Seattle
Top notch nursing, it’s not a direct entry if that’s what you were looking for. However, the school is gorgeous, great college feel, and has the sports.
Much further away than the other schools you mentioned, but I would highly recommend it!
What about Boston College?
University of Connecticut’s nursing program is excellent and does admit OOS students for nursing program–also Duke comes to mind
As you know of the schools listed , TCNJ has about the best dedicated nursing program though admission is difficult.
Small school with a very happy and satisfied student body. If you’re a nj resident it’s a great place.
