Nutritional Sciences VS. Cell Bio/Neuroscience at Rutgers?

Hello!

I was recently admitted as a transfer student with 18 credits to the School of Environmental Sciences for Nutritional Sciences, and School of Arts and Sciences for Cell Bio/Neuroscience at Rutgers. I'm not sure which major would be best for me as a prospective nursing student. After gaining enough Rutgers credits for a school-to-school transfer, I plan on submitting an application to enter into the nursing program. Which one of these two programs would prepare me best for the nursing program?

I also even thought about changing my intended major to Physician Assistant. Would it be a good idea because transferring into nursing may not be guaranteed after a few years?
