Hello,
My name is Clara and I’m from Uruguay.
I applied to AMDA for musical theatre and got accepted with a 3.000 merit scholarship.
However, I was also accepted to NYFA with a 8.000 merit scholarship. I have not found any comments about the MT program at NYFA and I would really like to know if its a good program.
I would attend the programs at the NYC campus.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me a bit with my decision.

In my time talking to NYFA reps and such at different festivals, it all immediately seemed fishy to me. That could just be a weird “me thing” but it always seemed like a money grab. I dont know.
My very good friend just left AMDA to be a swing in the national tour of Book of Mormon though!
@idkchristian That is awesome! I think I’ll go to amda then, I’ve heard of lots of people who’ve graduated and are currently on broadway! NYFA has very little information about the MT graduates so that’s weird.
