I see two placement exams.
I don't know anything about it.
Hope you guys will tell me what these two exams are!

for math to see if u skip into calc 3/4 etc…

@woopthack

Ehhh…
I guess nobody prepares for it?
And only the calculus test?
I saw two actually…

You can place out of calc 1 2 3 with department exams, foreign language MAP requirements, etc …look it up online

Awesome, so I’d be able to take Econ 101 right away?

Actually I E-mailed later and got the reply from CAS:

During CAS Orientation there will also be placement exams for calculus, honors chemistry, and most foreign languages with the exception of Spanish and French. Spanish and French placement exams will take place during the virtual advising and registration process.

BTW, what is the “honors chemistry”?

Accelerated chemistry that condenses most of the first 2 semesters of chem into 1 i believe

Anyone know anything about Honors Biology? I was told via email there was no longer a placement exam, but has anyone heard about how to be placed into this? thanks
