I am rejected by USC, UCLA and UCB recently…still waiting for UCI but I guess I am rejected too…
Really hope NYU comes out earlier and accepts me. It’s my last decision and I hope it ends well.

For ED1 & 2 when did they email y’all saying that decisions were coming? Did you get it a day / a couple days before or did you just get the email saying that decisions were available with no warning?
@YoungOne4 oblviously there was a glitch this morning and they accidentally released decision through the FA email. Don’t know if there will be more acceptances but I did not get one. RIP.
And I got into UCSB though…but I am pretty sure I have no chance with UCB, USC and UCLA these kind of schools.

@MrElonMusk @kuhim44937 around 3 am this morning The Financial aid department of UCB has sent out emails to confirmed the financial aid with the accepted students before the portal is updated. It starts with congratulations to your acceptance to Berkeley so very likely they all get in. You can check out the Berkeley tread it totally sucks

@jacquebear how do you know you have been rejected to UCB? The decisions aren’t out yet - are they? I am still waiting.

The UCB leak appears to be only for people who applied for financial aid. We all just have to hang on a few days and not let the pressure get to us! We will survive! We will flourish! These days make us who we are. We are all going to be more than ok.
So has the general consensus been that NYU will release decisions on Friday?
@optimistic43 well I applied financial aid, but didn’t get the email. Yeah I can’t agree more on the fact that they haven’t officially posted the results, so I still have hope. But the whole UC things have gone wild this year. Leaks, weird acceptances, delays…
NYU is always on time I love NYU. Lol

@heyomayo12 I don’t really know if we have a general consensus… Friday is Good Friday so people have been speculating Thursday or maybe Tuesday because Thursday was some other holiday and Wednesday is Ivy day
Has anybody received a likely letter from NYU?
I received an email like this:
Our admission committee is finalizing the review of your application for admission. This communication is simply to determine if you have already committed to attend another college or university through a binding Early Decision program.
Please click below if you need to withdraw your application to NYU:
YES - I do want to withdraw my application from NYU. I have committed to attend another institution under a binding agreement or I am no longer interested in NYU. I understand that by withdrawing my application I will NOT receive an admissions decision from NYU on April 1.
You do not need to respond to this email and you do not need to reiterate your interest in NYU.
Is this regarded as a likely letter?
Or did everybody who applied receive this?
