I have a SAT score of 1400 (Math: 790, Reading/writing: 610)
Weighted 3.8, unweighted 3.5
I have a moderate amount of ECs and Some tutor work experience.

I’m probably going to apply for NYU early decision. With business major.
I know I’m almost on the border of the average line for NYU.
BUT I know that NYU has really competitive business major

Does apply for the early decision will increase my chance? I also am signed up for a college visit and also had a tour at NYU will that also show my commitment to them?

Some realistic feedback will be nice. Thank you
