NYU campus visit??

Hey guys,

Do you think I should go for campus visit before the school year starts?
Can you guys share your experiences during NYU visit? Any suggestion?

I definitely recommend you visit before attending (or even choosing to go); I think getting a feel for the school is very important.

Personally, I loved it there! The campus is a very open space and it has no fences etc so you are basically free to explore Manhattan etc. The student body overall seemed very friendly and the facilities were quite nice. And each dorm room (for two people and, occassionally, for four) has a bathroom which is very convenient. :D

(feel free to ask me specific questions)

Definitely take it! I visited there last summer and it was awesome! Tori, our student guide, was very helpful in answering all my questions. It also gives you the vibe of what living and going to school in NYC will be like. It’s a totally different atmosphere from LA, haha.

You are taken into a room where you hear more info about the school and watch a presentation, then they split you into groups with your student guide. I don’t remember the exact buildings you visit, the little visit to the library was huge! We didn’t get to see any dorm rooms though, but Tori said that each dorm room is different because they are usually converted from old hotel rooms or something like that.

I would definitely visit if you have not done so.
