Here’s what I saw… If I go to the nyu housing, I can see both spring and summer. However, if I go to the housing portal, I can see academic year + summer. So maybe people just use different sites and this basically doesn’t mean anything…

Yes my bad I meant 2022. For Spring 2022 the application period is typically from september of 2021 to the end of 2021. But yes, as a freshman you can apply for the spring semester

im pretty sure he just didnt do the trick to get academic on his housing yet to make them both look the same
