Did u receive an email about scholarship
Are scholarships different than aid? Or are they clumped together? As it stands, I can’t afford this at all… only received about $7k from aid.

Hi everyone! posting my decision much later but I was waitlisted! I’m not upset since I got into some other great schools 
For future applicants and future crazy housing portal theories: I had spring + summer in my housing, second wave of checklist disappearing and kept my withdraw button, and could not access the admitted student link (no shocker there)

Lots of journalism-related ECs; academic decathlon; speech & debate; choir; started school yoga club. Also, great recs.
NYU was a top choice. If it’s meant to be, it will happen. If not, she was accepted at her other two top choices: Northeastern and USC.
If you don’t mind me asking, why would being from NJ hurt her chances?

I did! the financial aid was very generous (especially given nyu’s reputation of not giving a lot of aid). i have a $0 EFC and I got a full ride :))

I got close to nothing and it kinda sucks because I do not think I’ll be able to attend as a result

I got waitlisted and I’m scared they wont give me any aid!!
