I'm really focused on becoming a computer engineer. My grades from
Highschool aren't so great and neither from my first semester in college, ( in my second year now ) but I do plan on transferring next semester to either one of these schools. Which one do you think has a better engineering program ? With SAT scores of 1500 which do you think would accept me ? My grandfather graduated from Cooper Union so I have a pretty good shot there.

1500 out of 1600 or 2400?

Cooper Union doesn’t give preference to legacy students, and doesn’t offer a computer engineering major. Its engineering school accepts 15-20 transfer students a year (out of several hundred applicants).
