I have just been admitted to NYU Stern and was wondering where I should dorm.
Are there any brand new renovated dorms? Can someone please help me find the nicest dorms with the best locations. I am an OCD freak and need everything to be perfect!</p>

<p>Founders is the newest, and therefore the cleanest. It was just opened up last year, so if you come in next year it’ll only be on its third year. It’s a bit further than the other freshman dorms, but not by much. The rooms are also huge (unless you get a corner room). It seems like Founders would be your best choice. I lived there last year, and I loved it.</p>
<p>Hayden is probably the nicest older dorm, and it’s right on Washington Square Park, so you could roll out of bed like 10 minutes before class and get there early (if you don’t need a lot of time to get ready, that is). </p>
<p>You really just have to choose whether you prefer living in a closer dorm or a cleaner one.</p>
