Does anybody know what’s the process like and how long the whole thing may take? (I’m just trying to schedule some fun stuff around it!).
2 years ago it took pretty much the entire morning- but D was auditioning for all studios including MT! So she had to sing and do a dance call. If you are acting only it would probably be shorter

My daughter’s first audition last year was NYU – there was a snow storm so we got there early. First they had all the kids and parents together (I would say about 30-40 kids) and the head of the program spoke for about 15 minutes. Then the split the MTs from the actors, took the kids pictures and then sent them to different rooms. My daughter was with a group of about 7 kids and she went first. Her audition lasted maybe 10 minutes? I would say the whole thing took about an hour, but she did volunteer to go first so that shortened our wait. Good luck!
