@spikethecowboy no worries dude, i didnt receive any change either
@pizzaandpeonies I find it hard to believe that you’re not obsessed with where you’ll spend the next four years, and what many call the best four years, of your life.
@pizzaandpeonies @collegesaywht123 but NYU seems so sassy with those fa changes, housing changes etc so that could be possible XD
@classlena i did so that would be my nightmare LOL
is there anybody here who got housing change and applied to gallatin?
@adreamer22 i strongly stand by the fact that i’ll end up where i’m meant to be - so i don’t obsess over it too much
@classlena Hahaha, true that BUT STILL IT’S SCARY XD
@pizzaandpeonies Preachhh ^:)^ This universe will find a way for us :’)
“i strongly stand by the fact that i’ll end up where i’m meant to be - so i don’t obsess over it too much”
exactly. personally, i applied to NYU for the second time because this school is literally way beyond my dreams. but it took a lot of time for me to realise that if im not meant to be there, it will be totally fine. however, i tried again and even if i will end up being rejected again, i will be totally sure that God has better plans for me.
You took a drop year? @classlena
@classlena yesss that is exactly what i meant by that! no matter what happens, everything will turn out just fine for us. i’ve had my fair share of college rejections/deferrals already and i have accepted that they occur for a reason.
Where do we find the housing change?
Whew. Stayed away for 20 minutes. This is nerve-racking. I think I’ll pass out on the 15th.
@collegesaywht123 actually i have graduated from high school a year earlier than others because i had almost enough credits, so i wanted to skip from 10th to 12th grade and catch up with anything left during this 12th grade. at this time i applied for the first time, but my app was soooooo bad. i have decided to stay on a gap year and do some awesome stuff in my life, got some cool ECs (on of the best that I gathered is that i nomineed myself to be a TED speaker and they invited me to work on my speech! yaaaay f*ck yeah) and apply again. also, last year i applied only to NYU and that was a huge mistake. this year i made better decisions. i have graduated earlier also because i am an International student and i was studying in hs in U.S., so i also wanted to save some money for college such as NYU. and i cought up with everything in 12th grade so i could even let myself stay on a gap year.
@emilyskates no, it’s https://housing.nyu.edu/apply just a little mistake because that previous link leads nowhere
LOL oops dont listen to me
guys, if we will get in, who is going to hang out with me immediately when we’ll see each other next fall? hahahaha my excitement is just overwhelming
Yea sorry I think it was out of 2400 or something. I took it 7 years ago I should of included that I’m a current college student graduating this semester with an associates in biochemistry. Is everyone here applying as freshmen
yes @jrod9400
Wow… Also how is everyone getting GPAs over 4.0. All of my schools had 4.0 being the highest
