@EngineerGeek you got it
anyone from SC got the change I’m too afraid to look
Who on here is from NY?
is anyone here from GA? and also no FA change for me, but I do have the options for January term and spring term on housing. Any idea to what this means?

@jg626e I’m from GA too! but I’m applying regular decision (sorry guys I’ve been lurking oh here hehehe)
So wait. Housing has started to change? Or has changed? Yikes.
It hasn’t, @emmataylor04 However, some of us (myself included) have the ability to apply for J-term/Winter 2017 and Spring 2017 housing with “non-renewable undergraduate”. I don’t think it means anything, but it probably correlates to if you’ve done a summer program. I did SPS/High School Academy this summer and was housed in Founders, so that’s probably why I have housing applications, but no change yet.
@lemonlyman328 I didn’t do the summer academy and that is also coming up for me on housing
@beng21 Ah okay! I thought maybe it was a previous housing thing. Looks like we’re all in the same boat then. I just hope we don’t sink lol.
@lemonlyman328 Ahh! I know!! I’m super anxious as I am sure all of us are. Keep me updated if you find out anything else/learn of any new changes.
no fa change and I’m so scared…
i found my house portal says “non-renewable undergraduate”, and I could apply January and spring term but no fall term.
And I haven’t gotten any fafsa change so far.
@beng21 im from ny!
“Graduate students, new transfer students, and returning undergraduates who miss application deadlines are considered to have a non-renewable (non-guaranteed) housing status, and will only be offered housing based on space availability.” Are the people with the “change” any of these?
@emmataylor04 I got the same thing
does anyone know of people getting in w/o the fa change
@EngineerGeek in last years forum and previous years some people had the change and didn’t get in but more people that didn’t have the change got accepted. Plus i think its been fixed over the years. @bling0202 what? haha
hey guys, I just spent the majority of the day battling it out with the office of financial aid because of the email that was sent out. i had submitted my FAFSA but they didn’t have my SSN on record. I had to send it to the office of undergrads so that it could be updated. so if you got that email, don’t disregard it if you already filled out FAFSA! make sure to call the financial aid office to see what they’re missing!!! also I’m from texas and i have yet to receive a financial aid status update, but no one in texas has received the change yet lol
