@pleasedonot According to past forums, some were not even put in the HEOP pool. There were 3 people with similar scores and 2 out of 3 was referred to the HEOP pool and they were admitted. Along with many people who said they were put in the pool. My comment was going based off that. Of course, nothing is certain.

Anyone receive anything about interviews? My twin sister received her email on Tuesday. Her interview is next week. I still haven’t received anything ): fingers crossed I receive mine soon
@angrod978 I spoke to the director of OP yesterday. She said that emails are sent out every Tuesday regarding interviews and such.So two more Tuesday’s to go! Email admissions about this and see if their considering you for HEOP. Best of luck to us both.

As far a average goes, its an 86 weighted and Score wise, I am sending in my IB scores so its just an estimate that was sent to NYU.
@pleasedonot Oh, well that’s good to know! I just spoke to admissions this afternoon and they said from what they can see in my application I am a candidate and being considered for OP. Thank you!! Yes, good luck to us

@ilovecollege1998 My weighted GPA is 93.60, with an SAT score of 1690 and ACT of 27.

@pleasedonot Omg congrats!!! At what time did you receive the email with the invitation? Do you recommend I email the head of OP to see if I get their attention towards my application for an interview?

@pleasedonot Since I spoke to admissions today and they told me I’m being considered and it’s all up to the OP committee to review my application for me to receive an answer, I’m going to wait until Monday or Tuesday for any updates. If I don’t receive any by then, I’ll email them. I’ll keep you posted. If you don’t mind me asking, what did you say in your email? Should I email admissions or OP though?

Hi guys, new to this thread, I was considered eligible for the HEOP program, got the email on Wednesday. I registered for the info session/group interview for Feb. 3rd. I hope this isn’t a weird question but what the heck should I wear?? casual orr business casual??? D: help!!
@davinasaltos What are your stats? (If you don’t mind). In terms of what you should wear, dress formally but not too over the top. A simple shirt or blazer with dress pants would work.
