I Aspire to be a Veterinarian! I plan to get a Bachelors in Bio or Animal Science (depends on the college I go to) and then get my graduate degree in Vet medicine from hopefully Cornell or Ross University

Financial info - I definitely qualify financially. My dad and grandmother are unemployed, dad does freelance work.
Extracurriculars - Vars volleyball player for 3 years, Science Club, Music Club,National Honor Society. I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu outside of school and have played club volleyball for 2 years.
Counselor Rec - Awesome. My counselor knows I’m very active in my school community. He touched upon me volunteering at my school’s summer volleyball camp, that I tutor underclassmen in the morning for NHS, that I have an amazing singing voice (talent show and previous involvement in choir), and that I have attended two Leadership summits (1 in 7th grade at DC through the National Youth Leadership Council, and the other in the summer of 2015 at Harvard University through People to People)
Two teacher recs - Both recommendations are from core subject teachers, Physics and Trig, they’re good recommendations, talking about my progress in these difficult classes and the ability to stand apart from my classmates
Personal essay - Topic: Basically about how I was introduced to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and how it’s shaped me as a person, mentally, and emotionally.
Classes: AP classes (Italian and Advanced Biology), Honors (English), and reg courses (Psych, Civics, and Religion)
