NYU hopefull

<p>I was wondering what my chances are for NYU and BU
My accumulative GPA is a 3.57 which is low but going in an upward trend.
My Math SAT is 750, Writing 720, and Reading is 730.
I got a 5 on APUSH, AP Macro, AP Micro, Ap US Gov, and AP BC Calc and a 4 on AP Bio.
I volunteered for 2 hours a week for two years at UMass Hospital.
I volunteered for 2 hours a week for one year at my public library.
I worked for Sears gaining a position with responsibility for a year and a half.
I started a National Teen Age Republicans Club at my school Junior year and ran the club for two years.
I played 2 years of JV hockey and 4 years of intramural hockey.
I ran 2 years of Track.
I volunteered at my schools Peer Tutoring center club type of thing for two years around two hours a week during school.
I've played guitar for four years but haven't through the school.
I also helped design the cover and layout of a book that is in the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
My letters of Recommendation are pretty good.
I had two of my English teachers go over my essay and they said that it was one of the best they've read.</p>

<p>I’d say the only iffy thing about your profile is that your ECs are solid but don’t demonstrate active leadership. I’d say NYU is a reach for you but definitely not out of reach! :)</p>

<p>Also…can you tell us your GPA each semester/year so we can see that upward trend?</p>
