My daughter just tried hers..it also couldn't match..oh well, guess we keep waiting for the mailman.

i got this:
Our record of your NYU ID and NetID differ from what you have typed in.

dmik, did you use your SS# instead of ID?

"Please make a note! Your NetID is

Newly accepted students! Your UNIVERSITY ID is

N******** "

i got the first part, but not the second :(

Yea, i did

That's why. I tried using both SS# and the ID NYU gave me but neither worked.

shaddix:: i dont know if this will help, but i screwed up the first time because i put my birthdate in mmddyyy form instead of "mm/dd/yyyy" with the slashes

Heath, thanks for the advice, but it still doesn't work.

RD Applicant. Mine works. Strange. I hope it's not a bad thing that I tried that. >_> I'm not convinced it means anything, though.

Yah, if yours works your def. in.

Mine didn't :( but I'm hoping they haven't finished with admissions yet.

Also, to those RD that could log in when did you submit your app and what school did you apply to?

Bloomster,
Mine worked, and I applied to CAS just minutes before the Jan. 15 deadline (chronic procrastinator here).

when you guys say "it works" do u mean you can actually create your email? or do you mean u can log in

seems like i can log in and receive e-mails, but i do not think you can send e-mails from nyu server, yet. or is it just myself?

anyways, good to know that NYU finally did this!!

never mind..it does work...hehe

i applied for CAS a week before for the deadline

OH! Don't panic everyone. I got accepted in the GSP program and it's not signing me in either and i'm ACCEPTED. SERIOUSLY, don't panic. :) ..........

"Our record of your NYU ID and NetID differ from what you have typed in."
---- Bleh...

it works for ED

add mee on facebook!!!! cjg300@nyu.edu
ahhhh so excited ahh

Could everyone who is able to use their NYU ID to get an email clarify three things?

1) Were you already accepted early decision?
2) If not, and you are RD waiting to get in, when did you send your app in?
3) What school did you apply to? (esp RD)

Can't wait to check when I'm at home and actually have access to my email! (Stupid high school computers block EVERYTHING)
