<p>I was recently offered admission to New York University and Washington and Lee. My undergraduate studies will involve journalism and social work, and my graduate studies will focus on Law. I was admitted into NYU with the expectation that I will spend my first year abroad in London; thus, I was placed within LS. I did not apply for LS, so I was a little confused as to why this happened. NYU offered me a scholarship totaling $45,000; however, I do not know if this award will be given all four years. Washington and Lee offered me close to a full ride guaranteed for all four years. I am in internal tumult as I try to make a decision. NYU was my dream school; I never believed I could be admitted into W&L. Please help me by providing any advice. Note: Financial Aid is critical to my family because they are not funding my education; the loans are all on me.</p>
