Very strong teacher recs and essays.

*I decided to apply to this particular school at NYU bc i am good with working with people, and as a possible career choice, down the line, i would like to get into psychology field

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't see how you wouldn't get accepted by NYU for this school; IMO, it's one of the easier schools to gain admissions. Good luck!

I agree. the School of Social work is one of the easier schools to gain admission to. You would be a compettitive applicant in CAS as well. Make sure you want to remain in the School of Social work however because transferring out is virtually impossible.

I want to remain in the social sciences field and work with people, preferably with a psychological emphasis. Do you think that applying to the school of social work is a good idea? Or should i apply to CAS for the psychology department?
