<p>Hey guys! I am applying for NYU stern ED and I wish to know of my chances and have many questions to ask and also, wish to learn on how can I bolster up my chances.</p>

3.51/4.0
I went towards the route of a polytechnic instead of junior college. (British educational system)
Thus, I do not have A-levels and my GPA isn't really recognized.
However I figured that I should still send my GPA. </p>
<p>Relevant coursework in school: Economics (Micro/Macro), Investments, Wealth Management, Treasury, Risk Management and Corporate Finance. These are some of the coursework that I took up in polytechnic. </p>
<p>(Question#1 - Would the relevant coursework bolster up the attractiveness of my application?)</p>
<p>Standardized Tests:
1460/2160 - 780 Maths. 680 Reading. 650 Writing
Hoping to retake for better scores or for superscore </p>
<p>(Question#2 - Would a higher superscore improve my chances?)
(Question#3 - Would taking SAT 2 for Maths 1 and 2 increase my chances by a lot?)</p>

<p>Work experiences:
22 weeks(minimum) of experience working in Citigroup - GTS, Hedge Fund TA
22 months of military service - Possibly of sergeant or staff sergeant rank</p>
<p>Extracurricular:
Hold two key position in my school's dance team
Got in at 2nd place in the National Citigroup's Foreign Exchange Challenge.(A S&T competition)</p>
<p>Others:
Not planning on taking any financial aid, not that i can anyway.
Expects my recommendation letter to be rather outstanding, however this cannot be confirmed.
The essay..hmmm..why not lets just put it at above average.</p>
