NYU Stern Sending Out Admission Notification?

<p>Got a nice card welcoming me to NYU Stern for a reception and says that I will receive official admission letter to NYU Stern in a few days. Is that an acceptance?</p>

Makes me think I should have applied for Stern <em>laughs.</em></p>

<p>I applied to Stern and received an invite saying 'NYU is heading your way' and details inside about Admission Receptions near where I live.
But it doesn't say anything about my acceptance letter coming soon...just "...please join us for one of these admitted student information sessions in your neighbourhood'. is this the invite that I am looking for?</p>

<p>My kid sister got her acceptance letter for Tisch. Going under the possibly wrong assumption that NYU sends out all their letters at about the same time, that means others ought to be hearing soon.</p>

<p>Do you guys know if Stern sends out letters in waves or all at once?
Can any of the accepted post their stats? I'm rather nervous about it.</p>

<p>nope b/c on their website it says april 1st they will send out all the decisions meaning ppl who didnt get the invite to the reception</p>
