I am trying to decide which college to attend this fall, between Stern and Villanova.
I want to pursue a major in marketing.
This is what i think of each school:

NYU Stern:
-(pro) the Stern name/reputation
-(pro) higher ranked than villanova?
-(pro) NYC (open to many opportunities)
-(con) no campus / i don't want to be in the city :(
-(pro) stronger marketing program (compared to villanova)
-(pro) offered me $32,500 (total cost will be in the $50,000s)
-(pro) higher job placement rates for marketing majors?
-(con) the "Stern Curve"
-(con) i heard it was very cut-throat and competitive there
-(con) i didn't meet/see many people that i would get along with when i attended the admitted student's event
-(con) from my experiences visiting, i would have a less enjoyable 4 years here

Villanova:
-(con) does not have the same reputation as stern
-(con) slightly lower ranked overall than stern?
-(pro?) relatively close to urban centers (DC, philly, NYC)
-(pro) nice campus :)
-(con) weaker marketing program (compared to stern)
-(pro) offered me $44,000 (total cost will be in the $50,000s)
-(pro) athletics have a presence
-(con) lower job placement rates for marketing majors?
-(pro) the student community seems to be very open and spirited
-(pro) i did meet/see people that i would get along with when i attended the admitted students event
-(pro) from my experiences visiting, i would have a more enjoyable 4 years here

bottom line, i feel that stern has an academically better marketing program than villanova, but i also feel that i would be happier being at villanova than being at stern. there is also the factor of money, where villanova offered me a lot more than what stern offered me. i just can't choose!

Please add any other factors i should consider, and please help me decide which school would be the better option.
Also, if any of my details regarding either of the schools is incorrect or inaccurate, please feel free to correct me.
Thank you for any help!
