<p>Are the supplements for NYU Fall 2013 out yet?</p>

<p>Or do they never change and are the same as the ones located here:</p>

<p>The 2013 Common App is released on or around August 1, and the NYU 2013 one will be released around that time as well.</p>

<p>I know for sure they changed the 2012 one from the 2010 one. I thought they didn’t and wrote some rough drafts for the 2010 one before realizing the questions were different for 2012. But it wasn’t a big deal; they’re asking you essentially the same thing (i.e. why NYU), the question itself just may vary a little bit. I know they always include a “creative” one to their supplement. This year’s was “what intrigues you” and before it was “write a haiku, limerick, or short poem” or something like that…</p>

<li>Regardless of whether or not you have an intended major or concentration, please elaborate on an academic area of interest and how you wish to explore it at NYU’s campuses in New York or Abu Dhabi or at one of our global academic centers around the world. Please share any activities or experiences you have had that have cultivated your intellectual interests leading you to choose to study at the NYU campus of your choice.</li>
<li>What intrigues you? Tell us about one work of art, scientific achievement, piece of literature, method of communication, or place in the world (a film, book, performance, website, event, location, etc.), and explain its significance to you.</li>

<p>They definitely change. I think every year. I’ve seen/heard in the past questions like:</p>

<p>-If you had the opportunity to go out with any famous New Yorker to lunch, who would it be, and where would you go?</p>

<p>-If you were in a karaoke contest, what song would you sing and why?</p>

<p>Can’t remember the others, but they definitely change. And I don’t think they recycle prompts, so we probably wont have the above as our prompts. But as someone said before, I think there is always a question along the lines of “Why NYU?”</p>
