can anyone help me edit, read, or give suggestions? please and thank you with a cherry on top!
here are the questions:
1. If you had the opportunity to spend one day in New York City with a famous New Yorker, who would it be and what would you do? (Your New Yorker can be anyone -past or present, fictional or nonfictional - who is commonly associated with New York City; they do not necessarily have to have been born and raised in New York.)
2. Write a haiku, limerick, or short (eight lines or less) poem that best represents you.
3. In the year 2050, a movie is being made of your life. Please tell us the name of your movie and briefly summarize the story line.
4. Please tell us what led you to select your anticipated academic program and/or NYU school/college, and what interests you most about your intended discipline
THANKS AGAIN!

Anything can be changed except for history. For that reason, it would be a pleasure to spend my day with Alice Austen. As a gifted photographer at 10, she has captured frozen time in history during the 19th and 20th century. I admire her because of her unusual style of photography at that time. Out of the 9,000 photographs of history, I would find out her favorites and the reasons she sees beauty in them. Additionally, it Alice and I could travel to the places she has taken picture before to see the changes technology and humans have made through intellectual curiosity, experiment, and ideas.

There was a creator, who foresaw a sculpture when she looked at mud.
There was a child, who foresaw the end of the race, when everyone saw her fall.
There was a farmer, who foresaw a harvest of crops, when she smelled rain and storm.
There was a plant, which stained black and white cloth, a vibrant purple.
There was I, who saw the diamond on the ground, when I made a fall.
There was I, who was it all.

Priscilla Chin, who once said she saw “diamonds within rocks”, has now fulfilled her claims. Forty years ago, Priscilla was the girl with good grades and a smile who saw the hope in social problems around the world. Beginning in New York, she gathered several New Yorkers to help fundraise for the homeless around New York City. A year later, this group has grown to consist of many teenagers around NYC. Three years later, this group has become the first charitable organization started by teens worldwide who work in their own areas who not only strive to change lives around the world, but also to change hearts around the world. When asked if Priscilla saw the diamond within all rocks, she answered, “no, but if we all look closely within these rocks, there’s a diamond within all of them.”

Growing up as a shy and reserved girl, I developed a hobby of watching people’s interactions. At the same time, I developed a very negative view of society because I saw that many people around me chose choices that were taught to be wrong. My na

I already applied, I say they are good quality. However, I notice the first one you might want to explain more of what you do around the city. and the 3rd prompt asks for a name of the film.

Other than that they are pretty good, it was a quick read I didn’t look for grammatical errors

Good Luck applying

You are aware of the 500 character limit on each of these right?

I am submitting for NYU (Abu Dhabi though) soon as well.

Best of Luck

Thanks a lot :dd

Your 3rd sentence in the third prompt. I think you say New York too much.
