<p>Hi all. Does anyone know if students submitting to the Tisch school are allowed to include copyrighted footage and music in their submission? I checked and I haven't found anything on it.

From the videos online that I’ve seen of accepted films, I’m assuming that the music is okay, but I would probably say no to the film especially if you’re applying as a film major, since they are looking to see what you can do on your own. I’m not positive though, just guessing!
