I am at a crossroads. I fear little financial aid will spring from the NYU vaults, but it's been my dream school since fifth grade! GW and Emerson show much more promise in the financial aid vicinity, but I just don't know... I love them all, just unsure which would best serve me. I am looking into television writing, journalism, and political science; each a specialty at each of my prospective colleges. My indecision however is driving me insane. I just don't know which school would be the most advantageous for me in the long-run as far as grad school and career are concerned. Any insights into these schools would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone…?

NYU is the strongest school for all of the subjects you’ve just listed, as such, I would recommend going to NYU. Of course, that is only if it’s affordable.

Otherwise, I would suggest GW as it’s still quite good in political science and generally (to my knowledge) has better name recognition than Emerson.

If, however, neither NYU nor GW provide enough FA, then go to Emerson.

Thanks for the response! Yes, I’m in love. The dorm spreadsheets began today, it has to be NYU <3

so I’m confused…are you still flying out to boston for free
