***Oct 2014 SAT (US ONLY)***

I didn’t get 12.5…I had no idea how to do that

My proctor’s phone went off…twice.

@PoopyMcGee12‌ It wasn’t an inquiry. An inquiry is a question, and it wasn’t really humorous either.

I said humorous inquiry

@ncccc1701‌ its probably the qualification one now that i think about it

So if you had 4 maths then one had to be experimental?

@ncccc1701 i was extremely confused.
They are not really following a recommendation but amazing is too extreme to be an answer

How long do scores take to get put up online for SAT, usually?

What the hell was up with that essay topic?! Only bad part about that test…threw me off

Yeah 12.5 bc (20+4x)/5=14 I think and solve for x is how I did that question…

For the “What is the sqrt(xy)” did you guys get 48? It was on the grid-section

A qualification can also mean a limit or condition - for example: if you say “I’m going to the movies on Friday… but only if it rains.” - The “if it rains” is a qualification. Therefore, the statement about the poem’s not being finished is something that “qualifies” it

the question about the poem length and the question just under it were the two questions I struggled on… but i dont remember that question after the poem length one… does anyone remember???

@‌Jonmang Well Sonny said “Get in the car and show mom and dad how much space you have” - the kids were following his request by sitting in and smiling while waving their arms to show how spacious it was. It didn’t say they were amazed by it, so you can’t assume

5,15,45,… k integer… what was the answer for this one??

I got 48 @Ss0124‌

@Ss0124‌ yes cause 8*6

Maybe if they realize how crappy the writing prompt was they’ll be less harsh??

man so which one is it, humorous inquiry or important qualification
I read into it kind of like a specification that needed to be made, but it was also with a humorous tone and inquiry can mean something with the aim of resolving doubt

It was a qualification.
