720 in the writing but I only missed 2 MC, but had an 8 essay T_T.
If one of those readers had taken pity and given me a 5, I could have gotten a 750 ;'(</p>

<p>My CR + M score improved 30 points from my June score, but my overall went down 20 pts (mainly due to the essay, which I've done so well on in the past!).<br>
So I guess it's a double-edged sword.
Does anyone know if Yale, Georgetown, WUSTL, and Notre Dame (my reaches) care about the writing section? Or does the Critical Reading + Math score take precedence? If that's the case, it'll make me feel better.</p>
