dang… was polymath experimental then?

which was the experiment CR - did it have polymath and the one about the girl who wasnt doing what other girls were doing?

what was the TV one about?

Immediately understandable was their way of rewording instantly interpreted. The word artificially is a little out of the ordinary and nothing was enhanced. Even so, the prompt was going for how the pictures appeared rather than how they may have been manipulated.

i got the experimental about the AIM writing expression :(.

no polymath wasn’t experimental.

lemonio- a few pages back you left out a chunk of the passage when supporting your answer.

“I was never quite prepared upon opening this New … Universe to encounter the faces of so many worlds, dangling in the black of space, their features available to the eye of instant interpretation. Within this book, each planet and moon had its accompanying map, composed of a computer-generated image that flattened its subject out on a single rectangular strip-the so-called Mercator projection.”

the question asked about faces and features…the passage mentioned real photos before and therefore the author was allowed to instantly understand the detailed features. mercator comes right after but I believe it has no connection to the question.

Franklin as a polymath was not experimental. I never had one about a girl publisher that others have been referring to. If you remember this, then that was experimental.

was the Indian passage experimental?
I also got a passage on bio fuels, but no ones been discussing that

1321432,

Neither the Natives passage nor the biofuels was experimental.

i remember a question with the word dubious as one of the answer choices. i don’t remember if i marked this… but does anyone remember the question/answer?

hey, sorry to digress from CR, but wasnt the essay prompt relatively hard?

there’s a separate writing section^

can someone tell me what the experimental was? I had 4 sections, and i had the publishing girl, Indians, biofuels, Artists, geologist, Nikhil, napping, … maybe im missing some.

someone please tell me what was experimentlal!!!

also are any of these experimenta l sentence completion: the camper admonish one, the crystalize/ synthesis one, and the hobble one

Your interpretation of something is not necessarily concrete. It’s not the best argument in the world, I know, but I’ve interpreted many pieces of literature only to be told that I “don’t get” certain parts of it.

wow cs and mifune.
the answer is right there.
you are forgetting that the answer option was immediatly understandable
available for interpretation and immediately understable very different things
furthermore he said earlier that there were no regular images as he had expected
there were no “photographic cliches”
feel free to check passage
the images he is discussing are the mercator projections which have a direct relevance
this question is a trick to make people who don’t read the whole passage get this wrong

What is the possible score range for missing 3-4 on CR? So one full point subtracted for 3-4 wrong means what? 760-780, or what?

Yeah. Missing 3-4 will probably be 780 or 790 on this test. Should be no lower than a 760 though.

dubbayah
3-4 wrong is 800-760 depending on scale
i think 2 wrong will be 800

I don’t remember any cr section on biofuels. That was probably the experimental one for you.
