what was 17 on the grid in questions? the one before 3600

omg i was so proud of my solution for the overlapping circle question. continued both circles so they overlapped. Then i drew a square inside the first circle so 4 equal sections were left over including the 2 overlapping sections. Then I found the area of each individual section by subtracting the area of the square from the area of the circle and divided by 4. then the area of the whole figure was just the area of both circles added together minus 2 times the area of 1 individual section. E

Why do you need to find the area of the square inside the circle? Don’t you only need to find the area of the circles? (the question asked for total area inside circle)

@jaysean
Do you remember the question?

@sadhlksd
That is precisely why you need to find the area inside the square. If you only have 3/4 of the area of the circle and multiplied it by two, you would be missing the area where the square is.

no, that’s what i’m asking o.O apparently people got 1?

it may have been experimental but

some ab+1/5ab question where ab=10^5 i got 1.2?

@jaysean what was that question?

What was the answer for the question that asked the arithmetic average for the classes? THe monday class was increased by 5 while the others remained the same.

@ilovemymom I got .2. Certain that’sthe right answer.

@sadhlksd 22

Im asking what the question was… maybe it was the absolute value of Y- Y one, was that question multiple choice or grid in?

also answers to last 6 on 20 min math section

a b a b a b?

@cortana thats what i meant lol

the question was the absolute value of y one, i put .3 but idr how i got it

Did anyone get a question with 2 cones (1 cone divided into two)?
was that experimental? i forgot to keep track

for the |y|-y grid-in i got 1/2 after putting in -1/4.
96pi + 64, learned in retrospect

math was hella hard. SO GLAD one of them was experimental cause i omitted like 6.

"@nikanon that is experimental

@cortana431
awesome, thanks

@ivyandlemonade
The question was: n=k^2, For what value of n is k an integer and n divisible by 24 and 10.

the answer was 3600 because it was asking for n not k.

101 consecutive numbers: median 86…did anyone get 36?
