One of daughter’s potential schools has confirmed that they have received her October, 2014 ACT scores. She took the writing section as well.

@nymom64, what school, and how exactly do you know?

Would rather not say what university. She had emailed them to check the status of her application. They confirmed the test dates that were received, October 2014 being one of them.

This reminds me of how we saw D’s AP scores in 12th grade some weeks before they were released to us because they were posted in her account at the college she was going to attend.

There may be a way to see the scores a bit early, but it isn’t working for us yet. This is from a thread last October.
You go into your ACT account and click ‘view scores’ for an earlier test date.
Then paste the following URL in at top:
javascript:displayWindow(‘actibeCTsdScoresPrt.jsp?pdf.x=1®Id=XXXXXXXX’,800,800)
where XXXXXXXX is your registration ID for the October test. You can see this by clicking ‘view/print ticket’ for the October date and it is in the URL for that.
Note: for some reason firefox deletes the ‘javascript:’ at the beginning when I paste, so I have to type it in by hand.
Then go to that URL by clicking the arrow to the right of URL.
It tries to do the ‘download scores’ thing for the October date.
But at the moment, it just pulls up a PDF document that has your name and a bunch of NULL entries.
I think this may become a filled document at some point in advance of the official score release date/time, maybe not by much.

The wait is endless…

Hey even if he isn’t lying why judge… People at my school get 11 and it is legit…

LOL @limmazom you are SO pretentious and a prime example of why this site sucks. By being sarcastic (which we all know you’re being), you are making people with low scores feel bad. @INFINTIEVER is right, many people at my school get really low scores and it is pretty legit. I’m sorry if I come off extremely rude but just because you are a high scorer doesn’t mean you can put others down.

The wait is almost over…just a few days more! Improving is better than nothing What’s more important is that one gives their ultimate best.

god it’s killing me… praying for 33+… im going to die if i get another 32.

If I got waitlisted at a college and they’re waiting for my grades from this first semester should I also submit this my october act score(pretty positive I gained at least one point)? Or would it not matter?

I doubt your ACT score was the reason you got wait listed, but I would definitely send in your October score if you’re positive your composite went up.

Is the glitch link working for anyone?

I’m hoping for a 33 because there’s an automatic full ride 4-year scholarship if you get one at a certain university. Too bad Dec. 1st is the deadline for this scholarship

I was able to get the link to work for past test scores and the October test did download but with “null” for scores. Make sure you are logged in TWICE to view an older test score then paste the link for this to work.

It wouldn’t let me paste the link in the address bar @txmomto3

Do a copy and paste into a word doc first and enter you id number then you can continually copy from that. It worked fine for me in google chrome and firefox. Like I said, make sure you have gone through two of the password entering screens before you paste.

Using the link - All I am getting is the note: ACT will notify you when your scores are ready.

If you guys are registered still, it will not work.

Has anyone’s status changed from registered to tested?

what do you mean?
