Another one who tested in DC. Called yesterday and was told by ACT phone rep. that no scores would be released today - but DDs scores were in fact posted this morning. Composite was down one, but superscore was up one, so a net positive for us.
Good luck to everyone…and even if you were told that no scores would be posted today, check anyway.
I got mine on the first day of release. English, Reading, and Science went up, Math went down… which I sort of expected in lieu of the calculator issue. Still, composite up 1 point and superscore up 1.25 points.
I got mine Friday, 34 (composite and on every subject), no more $$$, but it does change my scholarship from ‘Dean’ to ‘Provost’ for my first choice, & I get a nice “Consider applying to the honors college” message as well.
Bummed to discover that ACT only offers full question & answer key on selected dates, and this wasn’t one of 'em. It’s offered at the December test, which D can’t take because she’s flat-out in theater tech up to then, and then at the April test, which we will take.
I am still waiting for the OCT scores. Nothing changed in my account since the date I took the test. I know that the scores have been released randomly from Nov 14 till Jan 2. How can I decide the schools to apply without scores? I know that NOV scores start releasing, it is quite unfair for the OCT test takers who haven’t got scores yet. How do you think?
Thank you @pl215382. I emailed them but they just said that the score would be released randomly from Nov 14 to Jan 2. Today, Dec 30, no score yet, and ACT will re-open on Jan 2, so I am not sure if I can have score on Jan 2 or not. In case, if my score is not released on Jan 2, how should I do? Have you heard any students who got their scores on the last day of ACT’s frame-time? Releasing scores on the last day of their frame-time is normal or unnormal?
My daughter is preparing February’s ACT test. She has the red book, Barrom’s and princeton review.so far she could get pretty good score with the red book, but didn’t score from the other two books as well as the red book. I wonder what books you were using to practice, and which book you would recommend?
