October SAT Math

abs value of x-32<2
Was that answer choice A?

lol, I love when people over think these questions....we get people saying "Well, according to my quantum mechanics textbook the trapezoid is slightly distorting the fabric of space-time, and therefore the answer isn't 20"

You can't dispute my answers muhahah!
Even if I'm wrong, I'm right.

anyone remember getting something like 3a-20 for one of the problems

yes |x-32|<2 was A

That question was simple, all you had to do was plug in.

yeah i'm pretty sure that was choice A

what was the question? It's kinda hard trying to remember 54 answers o_o

There was only 5 where you had to use your head.

Which ones?

There were only 5 where you had to use your head.
lol, sorry. I just finished practicing a Writing section. Grammar stuff is still jiggling in my mind.

Its tormenting me...what was that problems answer?

can somebody explain it to me?

it think its going to ruin my chance at an 800

^20.

10char

The radius make equilateral triangles. Thus the top of the trapezoid is 4.
Even though this looks like a Joe Bloggs answer, it's not.

CB probably fought back against PR :P

i feel so dumb.. on the very last free response question, i did my math wrong and got 30 as my answer... then i realized that it wasn't right, redid the problem, and got 34 (the right answer), but right as I was about to erase what I had bubbled in, the proctor said stop.... and i couldn't change it.. i think that was the only thing i missed on math.. could a -1 still be an 800 on this math, or since it was easier than usual, would a -1 be more like a 780?

I would be a 770/780.
Never will it be a 800 with this easy test.

^ Never say never! I don't want to give up hope lol.

wait, do you guys know the other answers to 1/4 < x <1/2, 1/2 < x <3/4 and something else. I know the first two were wrong, but what was the other answer with fractions? What was the final answer and was is like letter D?

I think I remember putting C, deeboggle. I don't remember the actual values though.

1/4 < x < 1/2 is correct

Yes I think it was D

was there a question of lines of symmetry in letters?
Cos i dont remember if this was on the SAT math or was it i did somewhere else Lol
