I'm starting to question on whether I would do better on the SAT. In thoughts, if I were to take the SAT it would be ( and oddly) in October. I've long plan to have applications out by this time, though I could delay it for a better score to report with applications. So if one take the October SAT would scores likely be sent before November so the students can easily accomadate the late application process?

Thanks, this is urgent

You are planning for something that’s almost half a year away, so it’s not urgent, really.

As for your question, it depends on the school. The ones I have looked at will consider it if it will have arrived on time.

As far as I’ve been told, Oct SATs are fine for the early action/decision due in November. (I hope, since I’ve been planning to take the Oct test for early action myself.)

If you’re worried about the scores not arriving on time, you can always send in your applications early and then submit the SAT afterwards by itself when it comes out. You can even pay a fee to have it sent as a rush score.
