Odds for Classic/Classic City Scholarship?

I am a senior in high school, and I’d love to go to UGA. However, without an out of state scholarship, I’m not sure if I can. I’ve heard the longer you wait to admit to the college, you may have a chance of getting one of the later waves of scholarships. What do you think my odds for a UGA Classic/Classic City Scholarship are?

GPA (W): 4.2
ACT: 35
AP Classes: 4
