Classic Scholars vs. Classic City Scholars

What is the difference between the Classic Scholars and Classic City Scholars (besides the difference in money granted)? Do the same eligibility requirements of minimum 1430 SAT or 32 ACT apply to Classic City Scholars as well, and is it solely based on grades and academic rigor like the Classic Scholars, or do they take extra-curricular activities and other factors into consideration? And does anyone know about how many people get those scholarships each year, because UGA lists the typical amount for other scholarships but not these two. Also, if anyone has received the Presidential Leadership Scholarship, would you mind sharing your stats or some of the activities you were involved in?
