So next year I am going to be in 11th grade and I plan on taking 2 AP classes, I am trying to take a total of 4 AP classes before I finish High School because I'm hoping this will look really good when I am playing to colleges (University of Michigan--Ann Arbor is my no.1 choice). But this is where my problem is, I can only take 2 AP classes next year and I plan on taking another 2 in senior year but I have no idea if colleges take the AP classes you take in senior into consideration when deciding to admit you or not, I afraid when I apply to colleges, they will only see the two APs I took in 11th grade. So can also tell me if colleges, specifically University of Michigan--Ann Arbor, will look at the APs I take in my senior year and take into consideration when deciding if they want to admit me or not? And also, what is the recommended amount of AP if you want to get into University of Michigan? I plan on attending University of Michigan to major in Accounting.

You are required to indicate what courses you are taking senior year so the course load will show up and the rigor is factored into the admissions decision. It’s definitely a good thing to show that you’re stepping it up taking senior year seriously by taking some APs

And the possibility of receiving college credit by doing well on the exams is also a consideration.
