Of the 6 UCSD colleges, are there any that don't require upper-divison GE's?

<p>Blah. So I'm a little late in the game: I just found out that Marshall requires two mandatory upper-division GE's. I thought I'd been set smooth given IGETC completion. Now that this means 2 courses extra on top of all the others, do any of the 5 colleges not require any upper-division GE's (and accept full IGETC towards satisfaction of all lower-division GE's)?</p>
