<p>I received my letter from our Congressman last week, and the official letter came from the Navy yesterday. It was a surreal experience when I opend and read that I had received a letter of appointment.</p>

<p>It's funny how even though I got a call from my congressman telling me I got an appointment, I still wait for the mail every day. The waiting might actually be worse because you know it could be any day, rather than getting ready to wait for months. It's driving me CRAZY</p>
<p>bernyb10, my congressman called me on Monday of my appointment. I recieved the letter today in the mail, but I had been anxiously checking the mail even though I knew it would be coming. Expect around 5 days after the phone call</p>

If I decide to accept my appointment to USMA, you'll know where to find me during the Army-Navy football game...That is going to be weird though. I've been a navybrat all my life and I have been cheering for Navy.</p>

<p>USMMA all the way!!!! man the overnight visit was a blast. I stayed with a swimmer and there were also 3 other recruites there with me. It was a BLAST...yea we def just missed eachother...well I hope you have fun...who are you staying with? Let me know how it all goes for you. I hope you have as much fun as I did!!!</p>
