I got an LOA dated October 31 and just got a call today that my representative is nominating me!!! I was so excited that I did a little dance in the Guidance office - my mom called and left a message on my cell phone during school because she knew I would want to know right away, so I called him back before I went to Quiz Bowl and he said they're nominating me!! Can you tell I'm excited? I haven't come down from cloud nine yet - he said the acceptance letter should be here this week!!!!!!!!

Well, I guess that leaves me for class or 2011. I'm on my way to NAPs.

^ Not at all ham. I believe the large majority of midshipmen are accepted after December.

I got an appointment in early nov. too. is anyone going on a visit feb. 24-25?

Archie: You are right. Most appointments go out between mid-Feb and early April. Appointments continue to be offered right up to I-Day, depending on how many accept. Two years ago, a number of additional appointments were issued AFTER I-Day because of no shows. It ain't over till its over :)
