Hey, can anyone who has been so feverishly reading this thread, like me, help me out by going to this thread, http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=272905 , to help accumulate the entire curve and percentile ranges for the wednesday and saturday psat! Thanks!

Hi guys...i know that it would be a big job to do...but is it possible that somebody from the wednesday test that already received his/her test booklet could post all of the questions and answers? Maybe we could split the job and have three different people do a section each? THANKS!!!!!

p.s. i'm not SO much worried about the answers to the math; moreso the writing and critical reading. thanks again.

oh and by the way the reason i'm so anxious is because i talked to our counselors and they said that we're not getting our results back until AFTER BREAK. unreal.

What do you guys think missing like 6 or 7 for wednesday's test on writing would be?

67 for 6 wrong and 66 for 7 wrong in Writing.

Here is something for you all to compare to last year (I don't remember everything):

M-2 wrong, 73
CR- 8? 6? dont remember, 68
W- 3 wrong, 74

And the cutoff in Ohio last year was 215. Year before was 214. Year before was 213.

WED test
CR-4 wrong-72
M-4 wrong-67
W-6 wrong-65
204 total
unfortunately i live in MA

math curve = bleh

agreed.....

Why can't the College Board release these scores online.

Look over these:
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=250798

According to my prediction and these curves, my score will be a
<= 77 CR
70 M
80 W
<= 227

CR: 80
M: 73
WR: 80

:. 233

Unbecoming for a prospective math/physics major, but whatever :).

This is my first post here at CC, though I've been lurking around for some time.

And, as someone asked earlier, how does NMS operate? Is it only score-based? I had heard that you have to fill out and application, I thought perhaps an essay or something, let me know :).

-Vanguard

i got a 214. at first i was really happy since i'm probably a semifinalist in my state, but now i really wish i studied more and did better. i'm not sure why.

Haha, this site will do that to ya.

saturday test
cr: 72 (5 wrong)
math: 80 (0 wrong)
writing: 77 (1 wrong)
total: 229

I am very happy with my 216 (wed test)

CR: 5 wrong; 71
Math: 1 MC wrong; 2 MC omit; 2 Fill-in wrong - 67
Writing: 1 wrong; 78

:) Pat on back

ugh, i got 210. missed the california cutoff by a lot.

my friend got 240. awww jeez!

tryin2Bcool, do you mind telling me what the correct answer choice is to the last "Find the Error" question of the writing section? it should be question 34 or something....thanks

Vanguard, for a Commendation which I received in like October it's purely score-based. Then the next round (semi-finals) is also purely score-based which I received in like February. Then I had to write an essay and fill out an application because Finalists which are (15/16 of the semi-finalists) are based on the applications and essays. Then the awards and what not I have not yet gotten to, so we'll see about that.

i got a 178

62 critical reading
67 math
49 writing :-(

i really underestimated the pace i needed to undertake in the writing section. does anybody know any good review books for the SAT? i could use some help in preparing for the writing section better especially. i have already looked at the princeton review, but i am looking for something else. i have heard about barrans and kaplan's... which would be the best buy in your opinions?

DD got a 220. High enough for NMSF almost everywhere except NJ, where we live. Oh well.
